Ages 3 to 9 years old.

Bring your stuffie and role play medical scenarios. Kids will work through a variety of medical situations with their stuffie including, routine doctor’s visits, hospital activities (such as X-rays, vaccines, and medications) and health promotion stations (such as dental care, physical well-being, and hand hygiene).

Please remember to bring your own stuffed animal.

This is a drop-in program for children ages 3 to 9 years with a caregiver.

About the branch

The McCormick Branch is nestled in the heart of the Lakeshore neighbourhood, providing exciting resources to its residents. The second oldest of Waterloo Public Library’s locations, the McCormick Branch is small but mighty and is part of the Albert McCormick Community Centre which features a large outdoor play area, splash pad and skate park.
