For Adults

We invite you to join Ben Willsteed for a circle conversation on healing, courage and resilience. Learn about the four sacred medicines and the power of circle. Ben carries a gentle nature. This empathetic and caring spirit is the exact reason Ben was chosen to act as a Community Navigator for Crow Shield Lodge. Mixed Anishinaabe/British background, Ben’s family ties are to Rainy River First Nation, but he has made Kitchener his home. Ben can often be found on the right side of Clarence, leading Forest School, teaching circles, and acting as a support for many community members.

Outside of work, Ben is an uncle to many nephews and nieces that he dedicates time to in order to help them walk a good path, instilling teachings and knowledge into the next generation. And like so many of us, Ben just loves being out on the land and reconnecting.
