Get ready for stories, songs and lots of fun activities.

For children ages birth to 5 years with a caregiver.

This program is part of a series. There are 4 drop-in sessions taking place on Mondays: October 21, 28, and November 4, 11, 18

Early Learning Programs for young children at WPL are based on literacy research and include tips and information for parents and caregivers. Your active participation in these programs will maximize the experience for you and your child.

About the branch

Located on the west side of Waterloo, the John M. Harper Branch shares a building with the Stork Family YMCA. It features soaring ceilings, dedicated study space (including 3 bookable study rooms), a large Community Room and an outdoor courtyard.
