About the Program

The holiday season can be a stressful time for a variety of reasons. We'll discuss the science behind tension headaches, learn about natural remedies from around the world to soothe headaches, and explore ways to reduce stress in general. Participants will also have the opportunity to make their own roll-on essential oil blends to see if aromatherapy is helpful to them.

Please note that the remedies discussed do not replace professional medical advice, any medical concerns should be reported to a doctor.
