For Adults
Living With Loss is a peer grief support group for adults 18+ which provides a space to connect with others who are grieving a death. You do not have to attend every group session, but can select the sessions that suit your specific needs. You are welcome to join at any phase of your grief and attend for as long as you need the support.
All Living With Loss groups are led by two trained peer support volunteers who have also experienced a death in their life.
Presented in partnership with Bereaved Families of Ontario (BFO) – Midwestern Region.
