Start your week with fresh air, gentle movement, and connection. This relaxed outdoor program for babies and their caregivers takes you on a guided stroll along the walking trails near the Eastside Branch.
Designed for little ones aged 0–24 months, this easy‑paced walk gives families a chance to enjoy the summer weather, notice nature together, and connect with others. We’ll pause along the way for simple songs and short stories to share with your little one.
Strollers are welcome—just bring what you need and enjoy the walk together.
Route Info: We'll meet at the library and then begin our walk. The walking route we will follow is approximately 2km in length, mostly paved with some sections of gravel and/or uneven natural terrain. The route is considered easy and mostly flat. See a Google Map of the route here.

This program is being offered on various dates (Mondays: July 6, July 13, and July 20). Please register for each date separately.
We kindly remind you that registrations will be removed if the registered person does not meet the program’s specified age requirements.
Early Learning Programs for young children at WPL are based on literacy research and include tips and information for parents and caregivers. Your active participation in these programs will maximize the experience for you and your child.
