About the Program
Join us for an informative and supportive session presented by psychologists from The ADHD and Spectrum Centre. This program is designed for caregivers and teens who want practical strategies for navigating the school year with ADHD.
Together, we’ll explore self‑regulation and how it can support everyday skills like time management, organization, and focus. The session will include a 30‑minute presentation followed by a 30‑minute Q&A, giving you a chance to ask questions and learn from the experts.
Afterward, participants are invited to stay and connect with one another or speak one‑on‑one with the Centre’s practitioners in a relaxed, welcoming space.
Presented in partnership with The ADHD and Spectrum Centre.
For teens and their caregiver(s). Please register each person attending by using the blue "add more people" button in the registration form.
