About the Program
Learn how to access and make the most of Creativebug, the library’s online arts and crafts resource, in this hands-on introductory session! We’ll walk through how to log in, browse classes, and start projects from home.
Together, we’ll follow a step-by-step Creativebug tutorial on visible mending — perfect for beginner embroiderers or anyone looking to repair some older clothing. Each participant will receive the materials needed to complete 1-2 mending projects during the two-week program.
All the required tools and materials will be supplied, although participants are encouraged to bring in their own articles of clothing that they would like to repair through visible mending. No prior experience is required.
This program is part of a series. There are 2 sessions taking place on Wednesdays: October 28 and November 4.
