During this personalized one-on-one technology session, a Tech Coach will help you build your digital skills and knowledge using your laptop, tablet or mobile device. Select the topic that you want to learn about such as Waterloo Public Library's online resources, using email or navigating the internet.
Note that Tech Coaches are not able to help with computer or hardware repairs or provide ongoing appointments as tutoring sessions. We reserve the right to determine if your technology needs can be met by WPL staff. If we are not able to help with a specific technology-related question, we may be able to suggest alternative resources in the community.
While the McCormick Branch is under construction, this program will take place in the Pop-Up Library in the Albert McCormick Community Centre. The Pop-Up Library is located on the far side of the building beside the West Rink.

The McCormick Branch is temporarily closed for renovations. Pop-Up Library hours will begin Monday, September 14.
The McCormick Branch is nestled in the heart of the Lakeshore neighbourhood, providing exciting resources to its residents. The second oldest of Waterloo Public Library’s locations, the McCormick Branch is small but mighty and is part of the Albert McCormick Community Centre which features a large outdoor play area, splash pad and skate park.
