Eastside Branch
Program RoomFor teens ages 13-17 years old.
About the Program
Discover the joy of making with beeswax in this hands-on crafting program. Using Creativebug, the library's online arts and crafts resource, we'll follow a guided tutorial to create our own small hand-dipped beeswax candles.
Along the way, we'll learn the basics of working with melted beeswax and explore how honeybees produce this remarkable natural material. The soft glow of a handmade candle is perfect for celebrations, cozy evenings, or simply taking a moment to unwind. All materials are provided, and no prior experience is needed.
For teens ages 13 to 17 years old. Please register each teen separately.
We kindly remind you that registrations will be removed if the registered person does not meet the program’s specified age requirements.
