Lasagna is delicious but it takes forever! Enter lasagna soup. In this version we use gluten free lasagna noodles and goat cheese, but you can substitute you choice of cheese and noodles.
Gluten free Lasagna noodles
Ground beef or turkey
Tomato sauce X2
1 Box of Chicken or veggie broth
4-5 garlic cloves
Red Pepper flakes
Dried Italian seasoning
Veggies of your choice (I add peppers and mushroomss sometimes)
Goat Mozarella (or any mozarella)
