Join Carolynne Willis, a yoga and meditation coach of the last 10 years as she shares her craft with us. Yoga is simply learning how to slow down and breathe, inhabit your own form and become aware of how you feel. This session is suitable for all levels of practice and a great opportunity to try it out.
