IN PERSON
We’re teaming up with Red Raccoon Bike Rescue to teach kids how to do a basic bike safety check, including brake and gear inspections. This free workshop will be offered outdoors at each library location. Participants should bring their bikes and be prepared to get their hands dirty. Parents should be available to assist as needed. for kids ages 8 to 12 years old with a caregiver.

The McCormick Branch is nestled in the heart of the Lakeshore neighbourhood, providing exciting resources to its residents. The second oldest of Waterloo Public Library’s locations, the McCormick Branch is small but mighty and is part of the Albert McCormick Community Centre which features a large outdoor play area, splash pad and skate park.
