Celebrated for over a thousand years on the Indian subcontinent, Deepavali (Diwali) is the festival of lights signifying the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance.

Come experience art and cultural performances by the Tamil Cultural Association of Waterloo Region at our 2023 celebration.

Presented in partnership with the Tamil Cultural Association of Waterloo Region.

Located on the west side of Waterloo, the John M. Harper Branch shares a building with the Stork Family YMCA. It features soaring ceilings, dedicated study space (including 3 bookable study rooms), a large Community Room and an outdoor courtyard.
