About the Program
Have fun with math in this interactive educational program. Friendly volunteer tutors will work with children to explore mathematical concepts with fun activities and challenges.
Presented in partnership with United for Literacy.
This program incorporates concepts from the grades 1 to 3 math curriculum and is designed for learners ages 6 to 8 years old. Please register each child attending separately.
Please note, a caregiver must remain in the library while children under 10 years of age attend a program.
This program is part of a series. There are 8 sessions taking place on Thursdays: October 1, 8, 22, 29, November 5, 12, 19 and 26. (No program on October 15).
We kindly remind you that registrations will be removed if the registered person does not meet the program’s specified age requirements.
While the McCormick Branch is under construction, programs will take place in the Beaupre Room in the Albert McCormick Community Centre. The Beaupre Room is located on the far side of the building near the West Rink.
