For kids ages 2 to 5 years old with a caregiver.
Get outside and explore with this family‑friendly nature adventure around Critter Creek at the Eastside Branch. Each week features themed stories, songs, and hands‑on discovery stations that invite children to connect with the natural world. (See weekly themes below.)
This child‑led outdoor program encourages curiosity, confidence, and imagination through nature play—including opportunities for forest exploration, investigating streams and ponds, and other adventurous play. With a bit of luck, we may even spot some local wildlife along the way!
Please dress yourself and your child for the weather and for outdoor play, rain or shine. If severe weather occurs, the program will move indoors.
